Purchasing & Logistics Manager / Production Supervisor Apparel Abroad
As purchasing manager I was responsible for logistics and supplies directly from manufacturers to customers without a stopover warehouse. To my duties included the sourcing of new transportation companies, providing the (international) logistics and production planning, purchasing clothing resources, the creation and structuring of operational processes and providing all necessary documents, checking the transportation and purchase invoices (both production and raw goods). Keeping track of consignments and calculations. It made me the recalculations and I was responsible for internal and external communication.

As production supervisor for the clothing industry abroad, I was responsible for preparing and supervising the orders from initial production to delivery. Taking care of me the guidance and support new staff abroad and all associated administrative work tbv deliveries. To my duties included the care of sampling and expansion of the collection, the care and monitoring of planning in design and production, negotiating prices, the prospect of international assistance and streamlining organizational processes. Obviously my tasks were also among the sourcing of new production sites.
