Global Reporting Specialist
The role and its responsibilities
Working from our offices in Arnhem / the Netherlands, you perform a number of key tasks as we seek to optimize our HR data reporting processes and capability.
In doing so you lead important improvement initiatives that will add value to the business by delivering cost reductions and standardization. Thus is it essential that you are able to train, coach and mentor your HR business partners so that they are able to perform more reporting responsibilities themselves.
Further, you gather reporting needs from the business/customer and act as a single Point of Contact regarding complex reporting issues and questions. You also develop and maintain queries for reporting and provide (calculations) insight into data when clarification is required by customers. In addition you align with the Master Data Management team to ensure that data systems are up to date.
All of this demands the ability to act proactively and seek opportunities for Continuous Improvement while interacting with a wide range of global stakeholders in order to build effective customer relationships.
Candidate profile
To apply for this position you must possess all the following attributes:
- Master’s degree and a strong interest in HR;
- Three to five years of experience in a customer focused, support based role (preferably in HR), including two or more years of experience in reporting and/or analysis of data;
- Very strong IT skills including advanced level Excel and PowerPoint and a good knowledge of working with systems, with SAP experience a plus;
- Strong conceptualization ability and strong visual communication ability;
- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including fluent written and spoken English.
