AkzoNobel’s Industrial Chemicals (IC) business unit (BU) produces and markets high purity salt, chlorine, caustic lye, hydrochloric acid, chloromethanes and monochloroacetic acid (MCA). IC has a global presence with plants and joint ventures in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, China and Japan.
Key to the ongoing success of IC is continuous improvement in terms of operational and organizational excellence. Thus we apply Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodology in order to create customer value and motivate engaged employees to suggest and facilitate improvements. Within this context, your mission in this role is to act as a full-time L6S project leader, responsible for driving and implementing these processes.

Above all, can you act as a transformative team leader and team player within our dynamic, multinational and multicultural business environment? Are you the one who can make a difference?
If you offer all this and more, we invite you to apply for the position of
